Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

My order status says “Processing.” What does that mean?

“Processing” means we have received your order! Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status will change to “Completed.”

How can I return a product?

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend sending returns with tracking. We are not responsible for lost return parcels. Please note: underwear, swimwear, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Why can’t underwear, masks, hygiene, and beauty products be returned?

Underwear, masks, and beauty products are considered hygiene items. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and therefore do not allow returns of these products for safety reasons. Other suppliers of hygiene products follow the same policy for similar reasons.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

No, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your return as a trackable parcel, as we do not accept responsibility for lost return shipments.

What should I do if I received the wrong, defective, damaged, or missing product?

If you received an incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo showing the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take, and when will I receive my refund?

Processing a return can take up to 5 business days after the package is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed. All refunds are issued via the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your bank within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned product or processing the cancellation request.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1–3 business days. Average delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Will my order be shipped in one package?

For logistical reasons, items may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. Please take this into account when expecting your delivery. If you have any questions, contact us at info@thyra-maison.com.

I need to change something in my order. How do I do that?

If you wish to change the size or color of your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours, or once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
