Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the consumer, or a representative designated by the consumer and the seller, has received the product.
Care During the Withdrawal Period
During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine whether the consumer wishes to keep it. If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, according to the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the seller.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must notify the seller within 14 days after receiving the product. The notification must be made in writing or by email. After the consumer has indicated the intention to withdraw, the product must be returned within 14 days. The consumer must provide proof that the product has been returned on time, for example, by providing a postal receipt with a tracking number.
Received the Wrong Product
Mistakes can happen even with careful checks. If you received the wrong product, please send a photo of the incorrect item to info@thyra-maison.com and our customer service team will review it and assist you further.
Received a Damaged/Defective Product
Although we prioritize quality, it is possible that a damaged product may be sent by mistake. In such a case, you do not need to return the product. You may keep or dispose of it. Simply send us an email (info@thyra-maison.com) with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement product as soon as possible—completely free of charge.
No Exchange/No Return If
- the product has been used or damaged.
- the item concerns underwear, masks, hygiene, or beauty products.
- the product has been modified.
- the product(s) are not in original and sellable condition unless the defect is our responsibility.
- the product(s) are not in the original packaging.
Return Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning a product. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your reimbursement.
