Size variations of 3–7 cm for clothing and 1 cm for shoes may occur. Products may differ slightly from images. If a delivery is unclaimed and returned to us, a 50% handling fee of the purchase amount will apply. Our products ship from warehouses in Asia, America, and Europe.
Right of Withdrawal: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. Underwear, masks, and cosmetic products are excluded from exchange. Our return address is located in China.
