Shipping Policy
Thyra Maison works with local courier services such as DHL and the postal service, so products can be delivered directly to your home or to your mail carrier.
Your payment is charged at the time of order placement, and all payments must be verified and authorized before delivery. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or orders requiring further review may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping
We begin processing your order immediately. Therefore, we cannot make changes after the order has been placed (including address changes). We deliver only to the address you provided at checkout. You pay only for the products delivered plus applicable shipping and tax charges. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. We deliver on business days only, not on Saturdays or public holidays. On average, we need 1–3 business days to process your order. Some products may take longer, especially during holidays or when your order includes high-demand items with limited availability. Orders ship once stock is confirmed. If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days due to the different locations of our production partners.
Deliveries
After you place your order and your payment is confirmed, you can expect your order to ship within 1–3 business days. On average, delivery takes 5–15 business days.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Thyra Maison is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as necessary postal or customs procedures, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, labor disputes, demonstrations, etc. Such disruptions may result in longer delays than the originally estimated delivery time.
Estimated Delivery Time Exceeded — Where Is My Order?
In 99% of cases, your order is delivered within the expected time frame. Unfortunately, occasional delays can occur during the delivery process.
